Eligibility Screener:
Thank you for your interest in participating in this research study. Dr. Kyle N. Winfree at Northern Arizona University is conducting this study to better understand the relationship between cannabis use and health among adult cannabis users in Arizona. The purpose of this screening questionnaire is to ensure that you are eligible to participate in this study. This screening questionnaire will take less than 3 minutes of your time and you may experience disappointment if it is determined that you are not eligible to participate in this study.
Your participation in this screening questionnaire is completely voluntary. By clicking
NEXT, you are providing your consent to participate in this screening questionnaire only. Your responses to these questions are confidential, and all responses will be erased at the end of the study. Dr. Winfree will have access to your email, which identifies you, but all data review and analysis will be done without your email attached. You will not incur any cost to participate. You will be eligible for gift cards for your participation in surveys and data sharing. To determine your eligibility, please consider the following questions:
- Are you currently 21 years of age or older?
- Do you regularly use cannabis, at least one or more times per week?
- Do you have an email that you can use in completing study surveys and to receive gift cards?
If you have answered “no” to any of these questions, you are not eligible for this study.
